Q: Why does this work?
The T600 has four parts that work together with natural pressure from the pump on the down stroke causing the force of the probe to mechanically unseat the ball from the seat on the whole down stroke.

Q: How long will it last?
We have reports of 2 ½ years with out a pump pull. The longevity has many variables depending on well conditions and pumping environment.

Q: What is the maximum gas/oil ratio?
The T600 will allow the pump to pump 100% gas, however most wells are just pumped to the pumped off state. In some pumping fields the T600 is pumping straight foam from the well bore.

Q: Why can you guarantee near 100% pump efficiency?
On the down stroke the T600 opens the traveling valve mechanically for the whole down stroke allowing the fluids and gas that have entered the barrel chamber to be pumped on the next up stroke. This allows for the down hole fluid level to be lowered to the seating nipple or pump intake.

Q: Can it handle sand?
It can handle some sand with the five wiper rings, wiping the barrel clean on every down stroke forcing the fluid and debris throw the drag plunger and up the channels. With every pump stroke fluid flows through not giving sand and debris a chance to settle causing a plugged or seized pump.

Q: Will it increase production?
With the T600 pumping the well down to the pump intake or seating nipple, relieves the hydrostatic pressure against the formation allowing the formation to deliver more fluid to the well bore, resulting in gained production.

Q: can I dewater a gas well?
The T600 can pump a well down to the pump in take or seating nipple resulting in exposing the formation and allowing the gas to flow. If the system is put on a timer the pump will not gas lock when pumping resumes.

Q: Do I have to tap the pump?
No the T600 opens the traveling valve mechanically on the down stroke preventing gas lock and fluid pound.
